A healthier life

I'm trying to be healthier and loose some pounds. This is one of my fave dishes, and since I'm not very creative in the kitchen, I will be eating this a lot! Now if only I could work out....that is the hardest part of a healthy lifestyle!

Epcot center

What's going on? I think this was before a ride. Because E. is so tall, she could do almost all the rides. I don't think too many 4 year olds have done too many of them. Some were pretty scary, but she loved all of them but one. She is one tough cookie!Posted by Picasa

Starting to decorate with some spring stuff, even though spring is far away. After christmas I like to brighten things up a little.

Christmas

En nydelig dukkevogn var en av gavene. Baby A syntes det er flott aa sitte oppi!
Jul i huset. Her venter vi paa middag og brent riskrem. Nam nam!

En av gavene var en Butterscotch!

Baby A is one!

Cake tasted great!

Baby A's birthday. We had a great time with family! Baby loved opening presents!

Baby A was not too happy after taking a nap. Usually she wakes up happy, but this week she has been a real grump!

Pillowcase dress

Here is my latest project; a dress made out of a pillowcase. It was so easy and fun to do. It looks a little bit strange on, so I have to make some adjustments. Maybe it will be a summer dress, or it might end up being a night gown...

Picking oranges in Florida..they were a weird color...I don't know what is up with that...

Baby oh so
sweet!

A spring picture....since it is cold and snowy....

Craftfair

Me and a friend did a craft fair before christmas. It was fun, but a lot of stress. I'm not sure if it was worth it... Maybe if we started earlier in the year, not two months prior...

TUTU's

I made a bunch of tutu's for a craft fair I did, and I had some left over for my kids. Here is baby A on her birthday. She was so cute! These tutu's are so easy to make. All you need is tulle (one roll for baby, more for bigger skirts), elastic band, scissors and pretty ribbon for embellishment.
You cut the tulle in twice the length you want for your skirt (cut the whole roll), then you cut and tie the elastic band in desired width. Then you take the tulle and tie it around the band, all the way around. Voila! You got a super cute tutu!

Booties

I just started to knit a few months ago and here are some baby booties I made. It took me some time, but they were easy to do. I love how they look - and that I made them!
